The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant to join our growing commercial team. This role is crucial, acting not just as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, but also as a vital bridge between Sales, Partners, and Customer Success.
You will utilize your technical expertise in modern commerce architecture, combined with exceptional presentation skills, to articulate the value of Relewise’s platform. You will ensure a seamless transition for new customers, empowering our strong network of implementation partners to deliver successful, high-quality projects.
Your responsibilities
As our Solutions Consultant, your responsibilities span the entire customer lifecycle and ecosystem:
- Pre-Sales and Technical Advisory (Driving the Deal)
- Technical Pre-Sales: Partner with the Sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, acting as the primary technical advisor.
- Product Demonstration: Design, develop, and deliver bespoke, compelling product demonstrations that clearly illustrate Relewise’s value proposition in a customer's specific environment.
- Concept Translation: Explain complex technical concepts, such as API integration, real-time AI, and headless implementation, clearly and compellingly to non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
- Technical Authority: Respond to technical sections of RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs, and RFQs.
- Customer Lifecycle Bridge (Ensuring Seamless Handoff)
- Requirements Gathering: Lead detailed technical and functional requirements gathering during the late-stage sales process to ensure a complete understanding of the solution scope.
- Implementation Consulting: Provide initial implementation advice and technical best practices to both the customer and the selected partner.
- Handover & Continuity: Act as the technical bridge between Sales and Customer Success (CS). Stay close to implementations during the initial phases to ensure the project scope and customer expectations are seamlessly transferred to the CS team.
- Partner Enablement and Market Engagement (Scaling the Ecosystem)
- Partner Onboarding & Training: Deliver technical partner enablement and onboarding programs, running workshops and training sessions to ensure our network of implementation partners can effectively deploy and maintain Relewise solutions.
- Ecosystem Support: Serve as a trusted resource for our partner network, assisting them with complex technical solution design.
- Market Presence: Engage in various marketing events (webinars, conferences, trade shows) as a technical expert to showcase Relewise's platform capabilities and thought leadership.
If this sounds like you, you might be a good fit
- E-commerce/Commerce Experience: Proven experience working within the e-commerce or digital commerce domain, understanding the key metrics, challenges, and architectural patterns common in modern online retail.
- Headless Technology Expertise: Hands-on experience with front-end development technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript) and a strong understanding of headless, composable architecture, and API-first integration principles.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with a track record of successfully engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
- Consulting Mindset: Experience in a consulting or solutions role, able to map technical requirements to business value, define solution architectures, and manage initial project scope.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel across Europe to support key sales opportunities, partners, and industry events.
- Location: based in Denmark, with required European travel
