- Daily partnership with our principal architect/founder on first-principles design and scaling decisions
- A concrete roadmap (not slogans): AI features and enterprise depth with measurable business impact

- AI Copilot & Semantic Search - auto-create search rules from insight, add embeddings on products & users, enrich via analytics & images, and expose actionable, AI-powered insights to business users
- Retail Media (native) - we’re the only search engine with retail media built directly into the core search and recommendation engine; we’ll keep innovating here while staying tightly coupled to search quality
- Enterprise depth - Advanced B2B pricing, integrated A/B testing, geo-distribution for global performance
Who we are hiring
A senior/staff-level individual contributor (roughly Apple ICT4 / Google L5 / Meta E5 / Microsoft 64–65) with scope to lead architecture, raise the bar on observability/incident leadership/security, mentor broadly, and deliver outsized outcomes with grit. Use our competency model’s top band as the bar.Your profile
- You think in systems & data, and you’ve shipped high-throughput, low-latency services
- You use AI end-to-end in your workflow and have depth across AI/ML/Data Science
- Language background is flexible. C#/.NET familiarity is a bonus (not a requirement) - if you’ve done this at scale elsewhere, you’ll ramp fast
