Marketing Manager

Relewise is an Aarhus based SaaS start-up, with a personalization and search platform used by e-commerce and marketing managers to provide better CX and thereby increase sales and conversion rates.

With network and canvas sales, we have confirmed our product-market fit, and our platform is used today by several major Danish as well as a few Scandinavian customers, such as Coop, Søstrene Grene, Whiteaway, and Liewood.

However, the ambitions go much further inside and outside the country's borders. We are now looking for a marketing manager to lead and contribute to growth through marketing, primarily digitally.

Your Role

As marketing manager, you will play a decisive role in both the design of the marketing strategy and its execution. We are an agile organization that works closely together across professional groups. The prioritization and implementation of marketing activities will therefore also take place in close cooperation with, and with the support of, sales and the rest of the organization.

You will be the first to work focused on marketing in Relewise but will not be the last. There will be many interesting opportunities, and if you see an exciting challenge in becoming a focal point and head of such a marketing department in the long term, it is only an advantage.

Your Tasks

Your work contributes to the overall sales funnel, and includes both obtaining MQLs as well as qualifying these as SQLs.

Overall, your tasks will include:

  • Preparation of marketing strategy incl. objectives
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities
  • Communication with collaborators
  • Follow-up and reporting on the impact of marketing activities

We imagine that it is solved through concrete tasks such as:

  • Build marketing funnels
  • Preparation of content for content marketing
  • B2B lead generation
  • Setting up marketing automation

You probably have plenty of ideas for what's missing from that list, and probably there won't be time for it all. So another key task will be to prioritize time and effort to get the most bang for the buck. You will also be able to get backup on several of the tasks from our co-founder, Sune, and others from the team.

Your Profile

We are looking for a creative and inventive person who moves fast from thought to action. Abilities you have already had the opportunity to display in other jobs and/or contexts. Your educational background is less important to us.

Our dream is that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing – preferably from SaaS or agency
  • Experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing (blog posts, landing pages, whitepapers etc.)
  • Experience with B2B lead generation (preferably through inbound, outbound as well as account-based activities)
  • At least a little experience with InDesign or similar, and in any case are not afraid to spin it up and do smaller tasks
  • Experience with paid advertising. That's a plus, but not a must!

As mentioned, our ambitions extend beyond Denmark's borders, so both Danish and English in writing and in speech are a requirement.

About Relewise

Since our founding in 2020, we have spent a lot of time refining our products and onboarding our first customers. We have now proven product-market fit with more than 40 customers and experience a great interest in our platform from both customers and partners.

We are currently six full-time employees at our office in Aarhus. The position is full-time and offers flexible working hours as well as the possibility of remote days.
