As a Software Engineer in our Product Development Team, your main responsibilities will include implementing new features and enhancing existing functionalities in our platform and ecosystem. We also anticipate that, with time, you will become skilled at developing within our core engine. This engine collects, analyzes, and reports real-time behavioral data from our customers to deliver personalized and relevant search and recommendation results.
Our core engine is built from the ground up to prioritize high-performance and flexibility, distinguishing Relewise with its unique features. Notably, we do not depend on any database or third-party frameworks. While this may sound geeky – and we acknowledge that it is – we take pride in it.
You will get to:
- Be a key contributor to the design and development of our platform and core engine
- Build integrations, SDKs, tools and starter-kits to improve the developer experience
- Help implement continuous improvements of our internal tools and processes
- Work with highly skilled and passionate colleagues
We expect you to have:
- Thoroughness in maintaining high code quality, adhering to SOLID principles, and other engineering best practices
- A meticulous approach to all tasks, with a keen eye for detail in your deliverables. We prioritize high quality, robustness, and thoroughness above all else
- Ability to analyze problems and design effective solutions
- Multiple years of experience working in C# and common web technologies
It is a bonus if you:
- Have hands-on experience in large-scale system architecture; high scalability and -availability and performance optimizations
- Have experience with Azure Cloud services, coupled with hands-on experience in implementing DevOps automations, such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Are familiar with the E-commerce ecosystem, as it relates to the platform
- Can share some of the code you've written, for example from side-projects
About Relewise:
Founded in 2020 we have spent a lot of time refining our products and onboarding our first customers. We now have proven customer/market-fit with 80+ customers and experience a huge interest from both customers and partners in our platform. Therefore, we are looking to further both increase the development speed of our platform and onboarding process of new customers.
We are currently 15 fulltime people at our office in Aarhus – six of us developers, and two remote colleagues in Copenhagen! The position is full-time and offers flexible working hours as well as remote days. Salary will be based on qualifications.
