Developer to join our Customer Success Team

Relewise offers a SaaS personalization and search platform utilized by E-commerce and Marketing managers to enhance customer experience (CX) and thereby boost sales and conversion rates. We operate as a headless platform and can seamlessly integrate with any platform through our APIs.

As a Developer in our Customer Success Team, you will be part of a new and dedicated Customer Success team, having the responsibilities of onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers and assisting our Sales Engineering Team with technical solutions in sales activities (Proof-of-concepts and such), and when time allows it, assist in enhancing functionalities in our platform and ecosystem to it, such as building integrations with other complementary platforms.

Our core engine is built from the ground up to prioritize high-performance and flexibility, distinguishing Relewise with its unique features. Notably, we do not depend on any database or third-party frameworks. While this may sound geeky – and we acknowledge that it is – we take pride in it.

You will get to:

  • Deliver onboarding assistance to new users and developers, guiding them through the setup and implementation process and helping them understand key features and functionalities.
  • Build customer specific implementations, such as synchronizing data between our API and external APIs or feeds.
  • Build integrations, SDKs, tools and starter-kits to improve the developer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and issues on our designated Slack workspace.
  • Assist non-technical customers and external developers in understanding and effectively using our platform, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources, to empower users to navigate and utilize our platform independently.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to escalate and prioritize technical issues reported by customers, providing detailed information for efficient troubleshooting.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of the platform's architecture, features, and integrations to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new developments, share knowledge, and enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Work with highly skilled and passionate colleagues.

We expect you to have: 

  • Multiple years of experience in working with high-level programming languages such as C#, PHP and/or TypeScript/JavaScript, experience in working with common web frameworks such as ASP.NET, Laravel, Vue.js and/or Reach, and finally, experience in integrating third-party APIs and/or data feeds, such as Google Shopping feeds.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude.

It is a bonus if you: 

  • Are familiar with the E-commerce ecosystem as it relates to the platform.
  • Share some of the code you've written, for example from side-projects.

About Relewise:

Founded in 2020, we have spent much time refining our products and onboarding our first customers. We now have proven customer/market-fit with 80+ customers and experience a considerable interest from customers and partners in our platform. Therefore, we are looking to further increase the development speed of our platform and the onboarding process of new customers.

We are currently 19 full-time people – six of us developers and most working from our office in Aarhus – but we also have remote colleagues working from elsewhere in Denmark, UK, and Ukraine! The position is full-time and offers flexible working hours as well as remote days. Salary will be based on qualifications.
